Had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Northeast – Gateway! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, the beds were cozy, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was a highlight — there were many options to choose from, all fresh and well-organized. The staff member serving breakfast was especially caring; she came over to check on us and asked if we needed anything specific, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The rest of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Great location, excellent service, and outstanding value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
The rooms were so nice and clean and the staff is amazing. Especially the house keepers they were so helpful and I've never been to a hotel/suite where everyone is smiling definitely a great experience
I stayed here Christmas night when my roommates had a big Christmas party till 3am, & I wanted to go to bed at 11pm. I work, so I need more than 4 hours of sleep. Great hotel, clean & quiet. I just recommended getting curtains that fully block the sun. Wasn’t an issue for me, as I had to get up early anyway, but if someone wanted to sleep later they might want the room to stay dark.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were super clean, very comfy beds, HOT WATER AND DECENT WATER PRESSURE in the bathroom, the outdoor pool was nice, and the free hot breakfast, THANK YOU, it was DELICIOUS! Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, hot waffles, WOW, what a nice addition to our trip!! I have ZERO complaints, and the price was excellent. We will definitely be back
Super clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel staff are so friendly and professional.
I fell in the pking lot. The desk manager came out and helped me up and stayed. Till my wife came down. The other staffers are freindly and helpful. The morning breakfast is unremarkable but adequate. It is also free. The bed was comfortable but will need upgrading soon. I will be staying there again in the future.
We needed a last minute hotel and the room was lovely. The service was outstanding. The location and the price were right.

Perfect I stayed at 6 hotels this week, all choice hotels because I am a choice hotel diamond member and this hotel, Comfort Inn & Suites Northeast - Gateway, was the ONLY hotel who acknowledged that and treated me as such. They made me feel important and thanked me. Henri was absolutely amazing and knowledgable and made me feel like royalty. He informed me that all the other hotels should have done the same. I felt honored to stay at this hotel and from now on anytime anyone asks me what hotel they should stay at, I will absolutely recommend this one without hesitation.
